Shipping & Returns

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING

All of our packaging is, at a minimum, recyclable and made from recycled materials. Wherever possible we use compostable packaging and will only ever use materials that are, at least, recyclable.

 

SHIPPING

We ship everything under 2kgs through Royal Mail. You can select First or Second Class Signed For.
 
Over 2kgs and we use one of the many well known delivery companies. Usually Parcel Force, but sometimes DPD or Evri.  
 
If you spend over £35 in our shop, delivery is free of charge. 

At this time we can only ship to the following locations
UK Mainland

We can ship to the whole of the UK but if you live on one of our many islands or in the Highlands please contact us about shipping costs.

OUR REFUNDS POLICY

If you are unhappy with your package for a legitimate reason such as: the package was missing a product, the package was damaged or the package did not arrive, we will offer an appropriate refund as long as it can be shown that the package you were charged for was not supplied as it should have been.

However, we also hope to offer excellent service at all times. So if you don't think you're entitled to a refund but you are unhappy with something to do with your products, please do contact us and we'll be more than happy to help in what ever way we can.
